The
situation in the Donetsk People’s Republic remains tense.
Over the
past day the Ukrainian military shelled the territory of the Republic 402 times.
The enemy fired 10 artillery shells of 122mm caliber, 160 mines
of 120mm caliber and 142 mines of 82mm caliber. Besides, the shelling
was carried out with infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and small
arms.
The
Ukrainian punishers opened fire at the following localities: Zaitsevo,
Spartak, Yasinovataya,
Lyebyazh’ye, Zhabichevo, Staromikhailovka, Dokuchayevsk,
Sakhanka, the Petrovsky region and the airport of Donetsk.
During
the artillery shellings there were damaged 27 house-buildings in the localities
of Dokuchayevsk, Gorlovka, Zaitsevo, Staromikhailovka and the Petrovsky
district of Donetsk.
The
commanders of the brigades Zubanich, Ryabokon, Vodolazsky, Gorbatyuk,
Delyatitsky, Voilokov and Zabolotny gave the criminal orders to open fire.
We
handed over all the data on violating the Minsk Agreements to the
representatives of the OSCE and JCCC.

We keep
registering the strengthening of the command of the enemy in conflict with all
the Minsk Agreements made earlier. Thus, in the area of the localities of:
Krasnogorovka
(3 km away from the contact line) there was registered the presence of two
self-propelled artillery platforms “Gvozdika” of 122mm caliber;
Maryinka
(1km away from the contact line) there were registered the artillery firing
positions of two howitzers D-30 of 122mm caliber;
Prokhorovka
(13km away from the contact line) there were registered fourteen tanks and
twenty-six infantry fighting vehicles.

In
connection with increasing the number of the military equipment in the “ATO”
zone and with stepped-up cases of outrage of the servicemen of Ukraine in point
of civilians, there has started growing indignation and resentment of the
locals. Thus, in the locality of Chasov Yar, the local residents issued a
protest against the presence of the sub-units of the AFU in the urban zone and
proposed taking away sub-units from the town to cease violence in respect of
civilians.

In the
ranks of the AFU there keep growing not-military losses associated with low
moral and psychological conditions of the servicemen. We registered that after
use of booze, the serviceman of the 8th battalion of the 10th separate brigade
shot the breast of his comrade-in-arms because of wrong actions while cleaning
his machine pistol. The serviceman with heavy wound was hospitalized. This fact
is still concealed from higher command personnel.

The
Ukrainian military leadership keeps finding methods of detaining the military
personnel on the positions because of the delay of routine replacement
associated with unwillingness of the Ukrainian citizens to serve in the “ATO”
zone. The regular method there became the deliberate loss by the command of the
30th brigade of documents of the servicemen subject to be demobilized and as
consequence the delay of their departure. Therefore rush of indignation among
the military personnel resulted in massively consuming boozes and
troubles erupted.

The
things happening in the ranks of the Ukrainian army tells about the collapse in
the ranks of the AFU, low business qualities of commanders and incapability of
the Ukrainian leadership to restrain the military personnel in the “ATO” zone
in future, to be responsible for their actions and to report to the parents of
sons, whose deaths were allowed in the so-called “non battle period”
