1- Kiev is preparing provocations on primaries through
foreign mercenaries -- LPR People`s Militia

Donbass International News Agency https://dninews.com (Donbass)
Kiev
is preparing provocations in the run-up and on the day of the preliminary
public voting in the LPR (primaries), informed today the chief of LPR People`s
Militia Department Oleg Anashenko during briefing in LuganskInformCenter.
According to our information, at least 200 foreign mercenaries are
dislocated in the localities near the contact line. The presence of foreign
mercenaries
in the “ATO” zone is confirmed also by the OSCE Mission
representatives
The
colonel specified that in the Mission`s Daily Report dated 20 September it was
mentioned that in the Troitskoye locality SMM had seen two Ukrainian Armed
Forces soldiers with insignias of “Georgian Legion” on their uniforms who spoke
Georgian. Information on Georgian mercenaries` accommodation in Troitskoye was
also confirmed also by the locals.
Besides,
according to him, the flag was detected in Stanitsa Luganskaya of Wahhabis
terrorist organization of Turkish mercenaries “Grey Wolves” and about 20
soldiers.
Ukrainian
military commanders use the services of foreign military instructors who train
servicemen in the so-called “ATO” zone.
Therefore, such concentration of foreign mercenaries and military
instructors in the front zones leads to the conclusion that the Ukrainian top
plans large-scale provocations aimed at destabilization of the situation in the
Republic on the eve of the nationwide preliminary voting

2- Polish troop deployment to Ukraine underscores NATO’s role in
fomenting crises
Friday,
September 23, 2016 - 18:38, DONi
Donbass International News Agency https://dninews.com (Donbass)
Last
week, the Polish news weekly NIE reported that Warsaw had sent 18 special
forces operators from a unit stationed near the town of Lublinetz to Donbass.
Although Polish government officials have openly denied these claims, the media
outlet declared that it can vouch for the veracity of the article in question,
and has openly refused to publish a refutation.
Mustafa
Turkesh, a foreign relations expert at Middle East Technical University, told
Sputnik that this apparent violation of Polish legislation and international
law is hardly anything new, and that the first ‘invasion’ of Ukraine was in
fact a civil intervention by the Soros Foundation.
"Researching this issue leads one to believe that all of the
color revolutions were started by civil initiatives, most of which were
bankrolled by the Soros Foundation. Now, however, such operations are conducted
by military units that conduct illegal activity directly controlled by the
United States. If the information published by the Polish media outlet is true
and Poland did send 18 special forces operators to Donbass, then it proves that
the countries in the region are involved in the Ukrainian conflict," he
said.
Turkesh
pointed out that the ongoing conflict in Ukraine is a direct result of an
aggressive strategy employed by the United States in order to gain a foothold
in the Black Sea region, reports Sputnik.
"Russia is on the defensive here, while the US openly acts as
an aggressor towards the region, using historical anti-Russian rhetoric
prevalent in Eastern Europe. Countries like Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
thought that joining NATO would improve their ability to resist the ‘threat’
they think Russia poses. However, after a while they began to feel the burden
they now have to bear as NATO members," he said.
He
also noted that certain Eastern European countries are trying to fan the
anti-Russian rhetoric in the EU and in the US, but at the same time live in
fear of a war breaking out in the region – a risk which, ironically, is being
exacerbated by their own actions. At the same time, NATO’s policies in the
region are unlikely bring any positive results, and instead threaten to trigger
a large-scale conflict.
"Every one of the alliance’s intervention in the region
creates new hotbeds of instability. Instead of resolving problems, NATO only
creates more of them. If the information about Polish special forces deployment
to Ukraine turns out to be true, it may instigate a new round of the Ukrainian crisis,
effectively bringing it into a deadlock. This move will only increase tensions
in an already volatile region," Turkesh declared.
He
also remarked that the Warsaw’s decision to send military personnel to Ukraine
may be related to the ongoing crisis in Syria, and that Poland’s attempt to
play the role of a provocateur may have dire and unpredictable consequences for
both the Ukrainian and Syrian conflicts.

3- Clinton
left classified data in Russian hotel during state secretary trip - FBI

Donbass International News Agency https://dninews.com (Donbass)
US
Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton forgot classified documents at
a hotel in Russia during a trip as secretary of state, documents released by
the US Federal Bureau of Investigation show, reported by SPUTNIK.
The documents, released on Friday and cited by ABC News, show that
when Clinton was on a trip to Russia while serving as US secretary of state,
her aide brought a classified briefing book into the hotel suite. The
classified documents were left behind when the aide and Clinton left the room.
According
to the FBI documents, the briefing book should not have been brought into the
hotel suite in Russia.
Most of Clinton’s emails recovered by the FBI will reportedly not
be made public until after the US presidential elections in November.
The
Judicial Watch has filed a lawsuit demanding that all 14,900 of Clinton’s
emails uncovered by the FBI be released. In 2014, Clinton released over 55,000
emails to US State Department investigators, stating that the documents
contained only work-related information. She has admitted to erasing 33,000
emails.

8- Soviet leaders should have prevented USSR's
collapse
Friday,
September 23, 2016 - 18:01, DONi
Donbass International News Agency https://dninews.com (Donbass)
The
Soviet leadership should have carried out democratic reforms in the country
without letting the Soviet Union to collapse, Russian President Vladimir Putin
said Friday.
"You know my attitude toward the fall of the Soviet Union. It
was totally unnecessary. The reforms, including the ones of democratic nature,
could had been carried out without it," Putin said at a meeting with party
leaders.
On
December 8, 1991, the leaders of Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian Socialist
Republics signed an agreement in the governmental residence of Viskuli in
Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Belarus. This agreement declared the Soviet Union to be
dissolved and terminated the work of the Soviet Union government from that
moment forward, ending the possibility of a confederation agreement and
proclaiming the creation of the Commonwealth of Independent States, reports
Sputnik.
The
December agreement had been preceded by a set of developments in the Soviet
economic, political and cultural life. Despite the fact that the developments
resulted to democratization and liberalization in the Soviet Union, they had
also led to deepening contradictions between the Russian Soviet Federal
Socialist Republic and other USSR member states, struggling for independence.

9- AntiBellingcat publishes part 2 of report debunking lies about MH17
crash in Donbass
Wednesday, September 21, 2016 -
14:06, DONi Donbass International News Agency https://dninews.com (Donbass)
Segodnya.ru online newspaper and a team of
Russian volunteers and bloggers continue their investigation of the July 17,
2014 crash of a Malaysian airliner in Donbass debunking the lies being spread
by authors of the so-called “Bellingcat Report.”
In part one of their investigation, aptly
titled “AntiBellingcat Report,” they wrote about a mass of forged photos and
video materials, along with highly dubious “eyewitness accounts” in the
Bellingcat report.
In their November 2014 report titled “Buk 3x2:
Mystery of the Missing Digit,” Bellingcat insisted that the Buk-M1
self-propelled antiaircraft missile system, which shot down the Malaysian jet
belonged to Russia’s 53rd antiaircraft brigade based in Kursk region.
Failing to figure out the second digit on the
trailer’s side, they just designated it as “Buk 3x2”.
This time round, Bellingcat “experts”
compared photos of a Buk system made during a June 2014 march by the 53rd
antiaircraft brigade across the territory of Russia’s Belgorod region with that
of a Buk made by Paris Match tabloid near Donetsk. They ignored the complete
lack of any material proof or eyewitness accounts of a column of Buks or a
single such unit having crossed the Ukrainian border. There has been no mention
of any Buk with 3x2 on its side found on social networks. Moreover, the famous
photo of a Russian Buk, allegedly being moved from Donbass back into Russia,
presented by Ukrainian officials was actually made in Donetsk on March 19,
2014. Comparing the dents and scratches visible on the Buks shown in these
photos, the Bellingcat specialists missed one important detail proving that the
Buk belonging to Russia’s 53rd antiaircraft brigade and featuring 3x2 on its
side, and the one being moved on a trailer in Ukraine, are two different units!
The Buk photographed in Belgorod features a drop side on its back, which is
totally missing on the trailer carried Buk shown in the photograph made in
Ukraine. This means that Bellingcat’s allegations that the 3x2 (or 332) Buk
belonging to Russia’s 53rd antiaircraft brigade had anything to do with the
July 17, 2014 downing of the Malaysian airliner simply hold no water.
Right after the July 17 tragedy, Kiev
authorities insisted that there had been no Ukrainian antiaircraft
installations in the vicinity of the crash site.
This is not true, because the Ukrainian
military had earlier announced that it controlled the entire airspace in the
conflict zone.
The authors of the “AntiBellingcat Report”
published screenshots of a Ukrainian television program aired on July 16, 2014,
that show a Buk self-propelled system complete with a radar installation. In a
photo from another Ukrainian television program that was aired on July 14,
2014, one can clearly see a Buk 9A310M1 being moved on a trailer. There are also
photos made on July 15, 2014 and posted by Ukrainian soldiers that show
elements of a battery of Buks used by the Ukrainian army.
The authors of the “AntiBellingcat Report”
have concluded that the missile that shot down the airliner was fired from Zaroshchenskoye,
not Snizhne as Bellingcat experts allege.
A thorough analysis of materials available on
the Internet indicates that the Kiev military had been actively deploying
anti-aircraft installations in Donbass since April 14, 2014. By July there were
several batteries of Buk-M1 missiles stationed in the area. In July 2014 the
independence supporters found a map belonging to a battalion commander of a
Ukrainian airmobile brigade dated earlier that month. The map showed the
positions of a Buk-M1 which, according to Almaz-Antei experts, had fired the
missile that shot down the Malaysian jet. The map gives no indication of the
number of the military unit the Buk belonged to, but it is clear beyond any
reasonable doubt that the Buk belonged to the 156th Air Defense Regiment of the
Ukrainian Armed Forces. Even though a military representative of the Donetsk
People’s Republic, Eduard Basurin, said he was ready to make the map available
for examination and identification, the information was ignored by members of
the Joint Investigative Team.
Alexander Tazekhulakhov, who served as a
regional deputy air defense commander in Russia from 2005 to 2009, said that
there were about 9 Buk systems in Ukraine.
“The altitude
the [Malaysian] airliner was flying at was too high for any other antiaircraft
system on the ground. I believe it was a tragic mistake,” he said. “Many argue
that with the state of the Ukrainian military being bad as it was at the time,
their antiaircraft crews could not have been up to the job. In any case, I
believe that a layman simply can’t handle this system, but even a professional
can make a mistake. I guess we are talking about a human error here.” Alexander
Tazekhulakhov said that, according to Almaz-Antei, the missile could have been
fired from Zaroshchenskoye which, judging from media reports, was under
Ukrainian military control. “[US Secretary of State John] Kerry said he had
irrefutable proof of what had really happened that day, but two years on we are
still waiting to see this proof. I believe that this situation is playing right
into Kiev’s hands,” Tazekhulakhov noted. He added that he still thought it was
a tragic mistake and explained how a Being could be taken for a military
transport plane. “I think that the only way for us to learn the truth is when
there are people who want to know. The victims’ families want to know the
truth. Because the tragedy happened on Ukrainian territory,” Alexander said. “I
believe that the Ukrainian state bears full responsibility for what happened.
After the plane went down all international services should have arrived at the
scene, sealed off the site of the crash and started collecting evidence. How
come the Dutch took a whole four months to touch anything?” he wondered. “My
conclusion is that Ukraine has something to hide and it is up to them to ensure
an unbiased investigation,” Alexander Tazekhulakhov said. 352

10- Donetsk Defense: Situation Report, 25.09.16
Sunday, September 25, 2016 - 15:01, DONi Donbass International News Agency
https://dninews.com (Donbass)
The situation
in the Donetsk People's Republic becomes aggravated.
Over the past
day the Ukrainian military violated the ceasefire regime 130 times.
After the
document on disengagement of the parties was signed in Minsk, the commander of
the 58th separate motor-infantry brigade Dropaty decided to justify the deep
trust credited him and was the first to use artillery against civilians of the
Republic. This blood-thirsty criminal launched 35 shells of
122mm calibre onto the area of the Donetsk airport.
It looks especially cynical after the chief of the
Ukrainian General Staff Muzhenko reported on September 24 to the Deputy Head of
SMM OSCE to Ukraine Alexander Hug about the full compliance of the Ukrainian
party with the silence regime.
Besides, onto the territory of the Republic there were
launched 38 shells of 120mm and 82mm calibre. The enemy also opened fire from
the IFVs, grenade launchers and small arms.
There were
shelled such localities as Zaitsevo, Ozeryanovka, Yasinovataya,
Mineralnoye, Aleksandrovka, the area of the airport and the
Petrovsky district ofDonetsk city.
We demand from representatives of the OSCE Mission and
JCCC from the Ukrainian party to take in hand the gone too far commanders of
the AFU brigades and to preserve that fragile peace established in Donbass.
We propose the Ukrainian party to re-read attentively the
last statement of the German Foreign Affairs Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier,
in particular, the plan on settlement of the conflict in Donbass which was
approved by all the participants of the Normandy format.
Our intelligence continues detecting the facts of the
forbidden arms’ presence along the contact line.
- Near Chermalyk (2,5
km away from the contact line) there were revealed two 122mm
motorized artillery mounts ‘Gvozdika’;
- Near Novosyolovka
Vtoraya (6 km away from the contact line) there was detected a
battery of 122mm towed howitzers D-30.
All the data
on violations of the Minsk Agreements by the Ukrainian party and the position
of the AFU’s forbidden arms were passed to the OSCE and JCCC representatives.
In their turn
the LPR People’s Militia units completely support the Minsk Agreements and
observe the ceasefire regime.

Vice-Commander of the DPR People's Militia Eduard Basurin, the official
