Donetsk, Sep 3 – DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic ombudswoman Darya Morozova expressed serious concern about impunity of the Ukrainian forces that use unmanned aerial vehicles to attack DPR towns and villages.

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has raised concerns about intensive shellings of Donbass by Ukrainian troops in telephone talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande, stated the Kremlin press service.

The Russian president noted that there are no alternative to political and diplomatic settlement of the conflict in Donbass in accordance with provisions agreed in the Minsk package of measures. The common approach was confirmed to boost negotiations efforts on the Ukrainian issues, first of all in the ‘Normandy format’ (Russia, Germany, France, Ukraine) and
