Donetsk, Nov 18 – DAN. The plan of Donbass reintegration developed at the office of Ukrainian president Vladimir Zelensky and widely publicized, did not take DPR authorities by surprise, said DPR Head Denis Pushilin.

Earlier some media leaked a letter by the security council secretary Alexey Danilov to head of the presidential administration, state security head and prime minister suggesting to open administrative and criminal cases against Donbass residents who are not “pro-Ukrainian” and to relocate them either to Russia or to central and western Ukraine for a “rehabilitation”.

“We have not learnt anything completely new from the document. Kiev authorities are dreaming to ret rid of us. The war unleashed by Kiev, aimed at elimination of Donbass population, destruction of vital infrastructure confirms it. The economic blockade imposed on our civilians does not

contribute to favourable living conditions. Now their sick mind has conceived a deportation plan,” Pushilin said.

He said that only Donbass residents decide where to live, whom to make friends with, what language to speak.

“We have chosen a road home, to the Russian Federation, the Republic is moving steadily to its cherished goal, developing and strengthening integrational process with Russia step by step. Meanwhile, Kiev’s actions remain of s destructive nature,” Pushilin said.*ot

Донецк, 18 ноя — ДАН. Получивший широкую огласку на Украине «план депортации народа Донбасса», разработанный в команде президента Украины Владимира Зеленского, не стал неожиданностью для руководства ДНР. Донецк выбрал стратегию дальнейших шагов, заявил Глава Донецкой Народной Республики Денис Пушилин.

Ранее в сети было обнародовано письмо секретаря совета национальной безопасности и обороны Украины Алексея Данилова, адресованное руководителю офиса президента, главе СБУ и премьер-министру страны. Согласно изложенному в документе плану, большинство жителей Донбасса не являются «проукраинскими» и должны быть привлечены к административной и уголовной ответственности, а также переселены в РФ или центральные и западные области Украины.

«В этом «плане» ничего принципиально нового мы не узнали. Киевские власти давно живут надеждами избавиться от нас. Подтверждает это развязанная Украиной война, направленная на уничтожение мирного населения Донбасса и разрушение социально значимых объектов инфраструктуры. Не способствует благоприятным условиям жизни наших граждан и введенная киевскими властями экономическая блокада. Теперь же в их больном воображении родился план по депортации народа Донбасса», — отметил Пушилин в заявлении, поступившем в Донецкое агентство новостей.

Он констатировал, что только жители могут решать, «как и где им жить, с кем дружить, на каком языке разговаривать». «Мы выбрали дорогу домой, в Российскую Федерацию. Республика планомерно движется к своей заветной цели, шаг за шагом наращивая и укрепляя интеграционные процессы с Россией. В то время как все действия официального Киева носили и продолжают носить исключительно разрушительный для нас характер», — подчеркнул Пушилин.

A plan for the resettlement of Donbass residents crushed the remaining illusions among the citizens of the DPR and LPR about the President of Ukraine Zelensky. MP of the People’s Council, Kirill Makarov, in an interview with the official website of the DPR commented on the anti-people’s policy of the Ukrainian authorities.

 “Zelensky’s team prepared for the residents of the Republics a ruthless deportation scenario: those who would’ve failed to leave for Russia on time after the arrival of the Armed Forces in Donbass are going to be imprisoned. That is, they consider our people to be criminals only at the place of birth and residence.

In Nazi Germany, once people were divided into right and wrong in the same way. And the people of Donbass should not have any illusions about Zelensky and his team. The image of a just truth-teller Vasily Goloborodko was cynically used to bring the Nazis to power in Ukraine, and will stop at nothing to destroy our Republics.

Vladimir Bidyovka addresses parliamentarians on occasion of fifth anniversary of People’s Council

On November 14, before the start of a plenary meeting dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the creation of the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the DPR People’s Council Chairman, Vladimir Bidyovka, delivered a welcoming speech.

“Dear colleagues! Today is a special day for all of us: exactly five years have passed since the first plenary meeting of the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the highest legislative body elected by the people in the 2014 elections.

A tremendous amount of work has been done during this time, because back then, in November 2014, not only did deputies just start fulfilling their duties – they began to re-develop the legislative framework of a young country, build a system of direct dialogue with the residents of the Republic, build a fair state from the ground up, to which we have always sought. And all this was done in the conditions of war, economic blockade, and powerful information attacks from Ukraine. But each of us understood our responsibility to people, felt the significance of our actions in order to achieve the common good of the entire Donbass. Thanks to this, today there is no doubt that our state has made it and is developing.

The People’s Council was convened twice in five years. It is impossible to say unequivocally for whom of the deputies it was more difficult: in the first convocation, it was necessary to build the foundation of laws, the foundation of the Donetsk People’s Republic. It was crucial at the legislative level to regulate the work of each sphere of activity, to provide support for our residents, to build an effective system of interaction with both the citizens of the Republic and with all branches of government. It was necessary to embrace everything at once in order to prevent a deficit in the legislative sphere. And I can say that we succeeded.

But today, when deputies of the second cadence already represent the interests of the people, most of their legislative work is aimed at honing the existing provisions of laws, analyzing their compliance with the current situation in the country, updating the legal framework taking into account the needs of citizens and the state as a whole.

It is no secret that now the Donetsk People’s Republic has embarked on a course towards economic development: creating new jobs at enterprises, attracting investments, improving the living standards of citizens. Of course, the laws of the Donetsk People’s Republic during this period should be reliable assistants in achieving these goals, and each of the deputies is working on it,” Vladimir Bidyovka said.

In his speech, he emphasized the continuity of the first and second convocations of the People’s Convocation, thanking Denis Pushilin for his contribution to the development of parliamentarism.

“Despite the difficulties, the Donetsk People’s Republic is developing dynamically, decently overcoming them. Over five years, our region has undergone significant changes, but the main principles have remained unbreakable: the people are the source of power in the state, and the recognition, observance and protection of human and civil rights and freedoms is the responsibility of the Donetsk People’s Republic, its state bodies and officials. Each statutory instrument is created for the people, their support and protection, and this will always be the way.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Vladimirovich Pushilin, who previously served as Chairman of the People’s Council, for creating an effective parliamentary work mechanism, for a huge personal contribution to the development of parliamentarism in the Donetsk People’s Republic, ensuring the productive work of the People’s Council in the most difficult times. I also thank the deputies of the first and second convocations for the painstaking work, thanks to which today our state is developing and gaining strength day after day. We still have a lot of work ahead of us, but we are not afraid of difficulties.

We have proved that there are no conundrums if they are relevant and important for our people. And we will always fulfil our deputy duty with dignity and honour, swearing allegiance to the people of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the Chairman of the People’s Council concluded.
