Referencing the piece run here at Fort Russ on 27 October “Confessions of Maidan Snipers” by Darrol, here is the original confessions given to Italian journalist Gian Micalessin which transcript should closely match the testimony provided in the Belarus’ courtroom, noted in the 27 October piece:

They were Georgians sent to Ukraine by security services people aligned with American allied-educated Mikhail Saakashvili. American mercenary Brian Christopher Boyenger ran the sniper operation on location. Desde los años 1980 las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales (ONG) se expandieron por todo el mundo abriendo un importante espacio político, cultural y socio económico, prácticamente en cada rincón del planeta. Se calcula que actualmente hay más de 10 millones de ONG en el planeta. En la India, por ejemplo, hay una ONG para cada 600 personas.

Para lograr esto, los medios de comunicación globalizados destacan día a día su rol en la educación, la lucha contra la pobreza y el analfabetismo, la protección del medio ambiente, la promoción de libertades civiles, protección de los derechos humanos etc., pero ocultan su lado oscuro.

Hay aproximadamente unas 40.000 ONG subvencionadas por los gobiernos norteamericanos y europeos y que fueron creadas con el fin específico de ser instrumentos de los globalizadores de Washington y Bruselas.

La idea de crear organizaciones no gubernamentales que podrían ser utilizadas por los servicios de inteligencia para la creación de las redes sociales en África, Asia y América Latina con el propósito de promover los intereses norteamericanos, surgió inicialmente al final de los años cuarenta. Sin embargo, este proyecto demoró casi una década y recién fue puesto en marcha en 1961 impulsado por el triunfo de la revolución cubana en 1959, cuando por una orden ejecutiva fue creada la Agencia de EEUU para el Desarrollo (USAID). Su propósito oficial fue reforzar la política exterior norteamericana cooperando con los países receptores de la ayuda en áreas económica, agrícola, sanitaria, política y humanitaria.

Despite international agreements that regulate activities in the field of biological research, on this subject, just as on the subject of chemical weapons, the US remains a US of double standards. It is not reliably known what kind of research, especially research related to deadly viruses, is being carried out by the American military, or where.

Following the terrorist attacks in New York in September 2001, biological threats were used to frighten America. The situation with the sending of letters containing powder with spores of anthrax was blown up to the level of public hysteria. Ten years later, in 2011, declassified FBI documents showed that the spores of anthrax were developed at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases.
