Donetsk, Oct 11 – DAN. Ukrainian unilateral actions in disengagement areas shall be considered provocations to derail negotiations efforts, said DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova.

“We are going to raise the issue of coordinating a new date for disengagement at the Minsk talks. The key factor is synchronicity and harmonization of the disengagement. Any actions must begin and end synchronically within the agreed time limits.”

The Donetsk People’s Republic independently ensures its own security, and also protects internal order and its borders.
