Donetsk, Oct 11 – DAN. Ukrainian unilateral actions in disengagement areas shall be considered provocations to derail negotiations efforts, said DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova.

“We are going to raise the issue of coordinating a new date for disengagement at the Minsk talks. The key factor is synchronicity and harmonization of the disengagement. Any actions must begin and end synchronically within the agreed time limits.”

Donetsk, Jul 9 – DAN. Ukrainian authorise are trying to dodge their commitments under the Minsk Agreements as they are, Donetsk People’s Republic Foreign Minister, the Republic’s representative to the Contact Group talks Natalia Nikonorova said on Tuesday.

On Monday, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in a post on Facebook suggested to Russian President Vladimir Putin a meeting in Minsk with the USA, Great Britain, Germany and France as mediators. “Let’s discuss whose Crimea is and who is not in Donbass,” he wrote. Zelensky suggested “the following company” for the conversation: US president Donald Trump, British prime minister Theresa May, German chancellor Angela Merkel, French president Emmanuel Macron.

On 3 August 2016, we were invited by the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) to attend, as foreign observers, to the roundtable conference demanding the UN and other international organisations to force Ukraine respecting the Minsk agreements, as indicated in the paper petition which gathered in one month (from 15 June to 15 July 2016) more than 153 800 signatures in LRP, and more than 500 000 for the two People's Republics (Donetsk and Lugansk) together.

A bus driver brought during the roundtable new signatures gathered in his bus, and a Lugansk Red-Cross representative brought signatures of ill people who could not go to the signatures gathering places. A parliamentary commission verified the authenticity of each signature, and
