The Donetsk People’s Republic independently ensures its own security,
and also protects internal order and its borders. Therefore, we consider the
involvement of third-party peacekeeping missions on our territory not only
pointless, but can also treat them as a military intervention. This was stated
in a commentary to the official DPR website by the DPR People’s Council MP,
Alexander Kurenkov.
