Over the past day the situation in the Donetsk People's Republic did not change, but we note that, unlike on previous days, the enemy increased the use of the prohibited weapons. Over the day the enemy shelled the territory of the Republic five hundred sixty-six times, including four hundred nine times with mortars, with two hundred sixty 120mm mortar shells launched.

The Ukrainian punishers continued to shell the localities Krutaya Balka, Golmovsky, Gorlovka, Zaytsevo, Yasinovataya, Spartak,

Staromikhaylovka, Dokuchaevsk, Sosnovskoye, Sakhanka, Kominternovo, the Petrovsky district and the airport of Donetsk city.

In 152mm artillery and  mortar shelling of the locality of Zaytsevo, four civilians were wounded: T.Cherniga born in 1989, A.Kravchenko born in 1976, E.Kholidin born in 1971 and I.Elisava whose date of birth is being specified. In addition, as a result of the bombardments of the localities Zaytsevo, Gorlovka and Donetsk ten households were destroyed and about seventy damaged.

The orders to shell the territory of the Republic were given by Zubanich, Ryabokon, Vodolazsky, the national "heroes of Ukraine" and followers of Bandera and Shukhevich.

We passed all the data about the Minsk Agreements violations to representatives of the OSCE and JCCC.

Over the past three days, we noticed a decline in the number of bombardments of the territory of the Republic with artillery cannons and systems but, at the same time, an increase in attacks with small arms and mortars. Such a "lull" can only be associated with the ongoing regrouping of the AFU artillery units, which is confirmed by our intelligence, as well as the increase in the intensity of the shelling of localities of the Republic after the regrouping, which will lead to further civilian casualties and destruction.

We continue to record the strengthening of the enemy's group in violation of the previously concluded Minsk Agreements:

- In Pervomayskoye (10 km away from the contact line), there were detected four howitzers D-30, six tanks and the arrival of 100 men of the personnel;
- In Ostroye (11 km away from the contact line), there were detected six MLRS "Grad", six 122mm motorised artillery systems "Gvozdika", five howitzers D-30, five tanks and ten vehicles with ammunition;
- In Novogrigorovka (3 km away from the contact line), there was detected the arrival of two 122mm motorised artillery systems "Gvozdika";
- In Sukhaya Balka (12 km away from the contact line), there arrived six 152mm motorised artillery systems "Akatsia" and eight tanks, which were located in the city centre, on the territory of the central hospital.

Thus, the Kiev authorities do not only violate their commitments on the withdrawal of heavy weapons, but, on the contrary, continue to build-up heavy weapons, which steadily leads to an escalation of the conflict in Donbass.

The situation in the zone of responsibility of the People’s Militia remains tense.

Yesterday, the Ukrainian punishers from the 28th and 54th separate mechanized and the 59th separate mechanized infantry brigades, on order of their pro-Nazi commanders, ten times shelled the territory of the Republic in the area of the localities Kalinovka, Logvinovo, Pervomaysk, Lozovoye and the Cont Igor monument.

In shelling the punishers used:

- 152mm artillery, 13 rounds made;
- 82mm mortars, 29 mortar shells launched;
- anti-tank grenade launchers, 11 rounds made;
- small arms.

According to our intelligence, in localities, situated along the contact line and controlled by the Ukrainian military, the Kiev authorities are planning to disrupt the preliminary elections to the Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine, scheduled for July 17.

In particular, according to our intelligence, the representatives of the regional administration of Stanitsa Luganskaya reported that the authorities of the region had been tasked to cancel the holding of the elections to the Verkhovnaya Rada on 114 constituency, which includes, in addition to the Stanichno-Lugansky region, the Belovodskiy, Markovski, Melovskoy, Novopskovsky, Slavyanoserbsky districts of the Lugansk region. A formal reason for it is the impossibility to ensure the security of the electoral process, in view of the revitalization of diverse groups of the LPR People's Militia on the territory of Ukraine.

At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to violate the terms of storage of heavy weapons along the contact line, provided by the Minsk Agreements, as well as they use the cease-fire regime to build up the military potential of their units in the zone of the so-called ATO.

In particular, according to our intelligence, on July 9, in the locality of Schastye arrived a column of thirty tanks of the AFU.

The day before, July 8, at the territory of a cottage village, situated near the Third lake in the area of Schastye, arrived and was accommodated a units of the AFU, consisting of 2,000 men.

In addition, on the AFU positions near the localities Svetlodarsk, Lugansk and Mironovsky there was a rotation. The AFU units were replaced with units of the "Right sector" and nationalist battalions.

At the same time, to check the new units completed with the military who had committed serious disciplinary offenses, at the location of the 54th separate mechanized brigade arrived a Commission of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, headed by Major General Rozmaznin, currently the Acting Chief of department on work with the personnel of the AFU. The commission plans to check the units data, as well as investigate the accident involving an infantry fighting vehicle near the locality of Semigorye, which resulted in a damaged transmission line pole and the infantry fighting vehicle itself, and an injured soldier of the brigade, riding «on the armor».

Therefore, despite the extremely unstable political situation in Ukraine, the country's military authorities continue the military build-up to solve the conflict in the south-east of the country by force, thus showing no desire to negotiate.
