Donetsk, Jul 1 – DAN. The DPR (Donetsk People's Republic) state company Donbass Post has launched an online queue to apply for DPR and Russian passports, the company said.

“The Donbass Post has launched an online queue to the migration service offices, the system functions smoothly, over 1,000 people have been registered within the first hours,” the report said.

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has raised concerns about intensive shellings of Donbass by Ukrainian troops in telephone talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande, stated the Kremlin press service.

The first group of international observers being ready to monitor all-people’s public voting in the DPR has been presented in the press office of the Donetsk News Agency today.
